Supporting molecular and cellular neuroscience research

At the Department of Medical Neuroscience, weā€™re dedicated to supporting molecular and cellular neuroscience research. We place particular emphasis on projects that aim to identify, treat and cure diseases of the nervous system.

As a department, we encourage and support the activities of our dedicated research teamsā€”which are led by internationally experienced researchers and offer excellent educational opportunities for master's and PhD students.

Research Collaborations

Dalhousieā€™s medical building connects with the Life Sciences Research Institute, home to a number of research labs and the (BRC).
