How to Request a pilipiliÂþ» Transcript for Residency Program Applications
Official Transcripts for the College of Pharmacy, pilipiliÂþ», only contain Pass/Fail grades.Ìý All Dalhousie pharmacy students and alumni must request their alpha/numeric grades to accompany the Pass/Fail transcript when applying for any Canadian Pharmacy Residency Program.
Follow the steps below to request an Official Transcript containing your alpha/numeric grades:
1. Email pharmadm@dal.ca with your full name and Banner Number and request a copy of your alpha/numeric grades to be sent to the Registrar’s Office.
2. Then request your official pilipiliÂþ» transcript (Pass/Fail) from the Registrar’s Office by going to and log on through your Dal Online account (go to Web for Students and Select Student Records).
Please Note: When uploading your university transcript to PRAMS you must upload both your Official Transcript containing Pass/Fail and your alpha/numeric grades.

Virtual Interviews
All interviews will be conducted virtually for all sites: IWK Health Centre, Horizon Health Network (Moncton & Saint John), and the Nova Scotia Health Central Zone. The site will contact you directly if you are selected for an interview.

Accepted applicants to a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program (Nova Scotia Health Central Zone, Horizon Health Network, IWK Health Centre) affiliated with Dalhousie College of Pharmacy will be required to register in the Post-Graduate Pharmacy Program and .Ìý
Applicants who are pilipiliÂþ»ful in obtaining a residency position must submit an official transcript upon acceptance.
