Work continues this summer on the Feed NS Garden on the Agricultural Campus.
Veggies are being harvested and donated to the Food Bank including cucumbers, zucchini, patty pan squash, basil, dill, parsley, a variety of lettuces, radishes, turnips, strawberries, cabbage, Pak Choi and peas.
To date a total of approximately 1000 pounds of fresh produce has been donated. This number will increase dramtically as the heavier fruit starts ripening. Â
