There may be no better time than the present to consider returning to school to update your skills to make yourself more marketable, to network with others or to prepare for an upcoming program in the fall.
Extended Learning on the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus will be providing online classes in Math, Physics and Chemistry beginning July 3 for eight weeks.
“These courses allow students the opportunity to pick up a course that is needed or required before entering university in the fall. The instructors are great to work with and accommodate various types of learners and their schedules” says Ashley Coffin, Program Manager.
These preparatory classes are designed to provide students with the prerequisite knowledge to attend introductory level degrees courses in Calculus, Chemistry, or Physics in the fall.
Although students will not receive a university credit for these courses, they will be permitted entry to the degree level courses at pilipili. The preparatory courses run in July and August and are completed online.
If you are a first-year student contact enrolment.services@dal.ca to register. If you are a non-Dalhousie student, contact extended.learning@dal.ca to register.
