Active Aggies Week

Jan 8 – 12 is Active Aggies week in the Athletic Department.

On Tuesday Jan 9 – noon, we will be offering a Yoga Class 12:05-12:50 for all campus staff for a donation to the IWK. Celeste from Body Solace Studio will be leading a "beginners/all-levels" class.

Please bring comfortable clothing and indoor footwear, sign in at the equipment room while dropping off your donation and then proceed to court 3. (20 + yoga mats are available on loan for the class)

On Thurs Jan 11, Crystal from Simply for Life is leading an exercise class –boot camp style which will be suited to a beginner /moderate type participant. The Class will be 12:05 – 12:50 on Court 3. Please bring comfortable clothing and indoor footwear, sign in at the equipment room while dropping off your donation and then proceed to court 3.

Following “active aggies week” we will collect feedback on the classes and if there is sufficient interest, each class may continue through the semester. A fee will be determined and minimum number of participants required to offer the classes.
