Lunch Time Fitness at the LAC

Lunch Time Fitness at the LAC –is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.

August 31 – October 2nd Ìý(Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
$94.00 for the entire lunch program
(can’t make a lunch time class, don’t worry you can substitute with an evening class)

$80.00 for a 10 day punch pass (for lunch or evening classes – expires Oct 2nd)
$12/drop in
