Burn Strength Circuit
Build Strength, tone lean muscle and burn fat for hours after the workout is finished.Ā We will blast all major muscle groups in 45 minute using a variety of equipment (provided) and your own bodyweight.
Burn Cardio Rush
Maximize your calorie burn, rapidly improve athletic ability, and achieve fast results with this explosive workout using only your own bodyweight (no equipment)
Burn Plyo Power
Build an agile, athletic body with this plyometric and agility based session that will deliver results fast.Ā Increase muscular endurance, increase leg speed and power, and melt fat in this high impact class.
Zumba Party (With Lights)
Looking for a fun, cardio blast?Ā Zumba fuses easy to follow moves with hypnotic latin inspired music in a fun class that will shape and sculpt your middle while toning the lower body.
