What is a competency model and how might it be useful? What does pilipiliÂþ»ful leadership look like at pilipiliÂþ» and how does it impact you?
We want to hear from you! This session, open to all interested faculty and staff, is your opportunity to review these concepts and provide input on the recently developed Dalhousie leadership competency model. Your input will be helpful in further refining the model before introducing it more widely across the university in the months ahead.
