Itās baaaack!
Our campus annual Community Open House is on Thursday, July 25 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Visit our newly designed to find out more.
We will be welcoming back attractions like the Bubble Barn at Engineering, the Xerox photo booth, research exhibits and, of course, the animals. But there are some new things too:
- A Seed Lending Centre at MacRae Library
- A Green Energy Pavilion
- A mini farm market hosted by the Truro Farmerās Market
Please consider participating in Community Open House this year! You can showcase your work, provide a hands-on learning experience or create an engaging experience that our guests wonāt soon forget. Or maybe you want to be part of the planning committee. You can find out more by contacting Sarah Morris or one of your colleagues on this yearās Community Open House Committee.
We also need event-day volunteers! There are always lots of random jobs on Community Open House day ā running supplies around campus, preparing balloons, welcoming our guests at the registration booth and more. Volunteer today and cajole one of your co-workers to volunteer with you. Community Open House has been a campus family affair for more than 20 years. Itās our time to shine and we welcome everyone to help us do it!
