February is “Move More Month” at pilipili

The Langille Athletic Centre offers some great programs and classes. During the Month of February, we will be offing some complementary classes for you to try and love.

Friday, February 1st at 12:00PM – Free Butts and Gut Fitness Class

Monday, February 4th at 5:00PM – Free Yoga

February 11 – 15 Pedometer Challenge (see below)
Monday, February 20th at 5:00PM – Free Zumba Class

Monday, February 25th at 12:00PM – Free Lunch Time Fitness Class

For information about our classes, challenges or membership, please stop by the Langille Athletic Centre or call Ashley at 893-6660 or Ashley.simms@dal.ca.

Pedometer Challenge:

At 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11th we will begin the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus Pedometer Challenge. The goal of the challenge is to move more! At the end of the challenge the person with the most steps will win a 10-visit punch pass to the Athletic Centre.

To be part of the challenge, please register with Ashley at the Langille Athletic Centre prior to the 11th. The challenge will finish at noon on Friday the 15th; participants will need to submit total number of steps to Ashley.simms@dal.ca by 12:30 p.m. to qualify for the challenge and prize.

The Langille Athletic Centre will have limited amount of pedometers to borrow.
