Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (FAFU), China
°Õ³ó±ðÌýÌýis one of the three high-level provincial universities in Fujian Province.FAFU was established based on the Agriculture Department of Concord College in 1936 and the Provincial Agricultural Institute in 1940. FAFU and Dalhousie's Faculty of Agriculture (formerly the Nova Scotia Agricultural College-NSAC) have a long-standing relationship of academic cooperation and collaboration initially reflected by an academic agreement commenced on a July 26, 2002. Dalhousie and FAFU have built on this history of academic cooperation by collaborating in the delivery of two programs.
The present academic and research collaborations between the partners developed out of a Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) funded project. At the beginning, the Canadian partner was the Nova Scotia Agricultural College (NSAC). With the September 2012 merger of NSAC with pilipiliÂþ», the partnership now benefits from the larger pilipiliÂþ».

B. Sc. Agr. (2+2) Program
B. Sc. Agr. (2+2) program was established in 2003 between Nova Scotia Agriculture College (NSAC) and FAFU. ÌýStudents from FAFU will study first 2 years in FAFU and arrive in Canada for their last 2 years’ of studies. Students who pilipiliÂþ»fully complete all program requirements will get a degree from FAFU (B.Sc. Agr.) and pilipiliÂþ» (B.Sc. Agr.).
B. Tech /Landscape Architecture (3+1) Program
B. Tech (Landscape Architecture) 3+1 program was established in 2015. Students from FAFU will study first 3 years in FAFU and arrive pilipiliÂþ» for their last year’s study. Students who pilipiliÂþ»fully complete all program requirements will get a degree from FAFU (Bachelor of Engineering in Landscape Architecture) and Dalhousie (Bachelor of Technology in Landscape Architecture).
