Eligibility
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be a full-time student at one of the universities in Halifax, with priority given to Dalhousie students, must be married or have a child or children and must be residing with their spouse in Halifax.
Applicants must provide the following:
- Proof of Marriage (Marriage Certificate) or Proof of Custody (For single parents)
- Proof of Full Time Student Status (Confirmation of Enrollment for current term)
