Student Health & Wellness has a cancellation/no show policy for medical appointments that requires 24 hours' notice of cancellation, as outlined in the Intake and Consent Form that each patient is required to sign. As a courtesy, for appointments that are booked more than 24 hours in advance, we provide reminders via email/text about upcoming appointments, and we provide multiple methods for you to cancel an appointment, if you know that you are unable to make it.Ìý
We understand that sometimes events happen beyond one’s control and such notification cannot be given to one of our staff members. If you have experienced extenuating circumstances preventing the required notice to cancel an appointment, please outline your reasons below and we will contact you to discuss further.
