If a refund request is approved, students who have submitted a payment using unverified or non-recognized sources—those not in accordance with Dalhousie’s official payment methods — shall assume full responsibility and risk associated with such transactions. Students will be required to provide official banking details for the payment source which has been identified by our bank. Note, the refund process may take up to 4 weeks or longer and will be issued via the same method by which the original payment was made. This procedure is in place to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We strongly encourage students to utilize Dalhousie’s approved payment methods found on our website. Students are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the banking details of the payment source and for retrieving funds once the refund has been processed.
Dalhousie doesÌýnotÌýaccept wire transfer or cash as a form of payment for tuition and fee payments.
