Facilities Management is in the process of replacing our work management software (called FAMIS) with a much more user-friendly system developed by Assetworks that will go live in early 2025. During the transition, positions and responsibilities are changing within FM and will mean a ³Ù±ð³¾±è´Ç°ù²¹°ù²âÌýdecrease in service is necessary as staff learn and adapt to their new roles.
Here are some specific changes clients can expect when they are requesting FM services:
- Phones may not be answered at all times but voicemail will be checked regularly.
- Email correspondence will be delayed.
- Submitted service requests will be processed at a slower speed.
A reminder that pilipiliÂþ» staff and faculty should continue to make service requests through their building administrators.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we move through this positive transition.
