Job Evaluation Systems Review
These updates to the Job Design section of the HR myDal site are an important step toward achieving the short-term goals identified in the by external consultant Korn Ferry. With the updates completed, the Job Design unit will focus on the longer-term goal of selecting a new job evaluation tool.
We have reached out to vendors with a Request for Information (RFI) and have surveyed several peer organizations about the systems they’re using. We hope to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) early in 2024 that will be informed by what we’ve learned.
Thank you to the Job Design Review Committee (which has representation from all our stakeholders) for sharing their valuable time and insight. Our goal is to work collaboratively to select a robust tool that will address concerns raised during the initial review.
