pilipiliÂþ» has as many as 6+ identified service companies currently in use for bulk email and campaign tracking at the university. (Examples include tools like Simplycast and MailChimp.) Requests to Information Technology Services (ITS) from these bulk email providers are getting more complex as they start implementing secure email practices.  Â
Dalhousie ITS, together with support from Communications, Marketing & Creative Services (CMC), is looking to better understand how people are using these services across the university so we can provide better support and improve data security in how these email marketing and communication platforms are utilized on behalf of the university.Â
We invite all Dalhousie faculty and staff members who currently make use of a bulk email platform (e.g. SimplyCast, MailChimp, etc.) for university operational purposes to complete our short survey to help us understand both stakeholder and user needs. The survey will take approximately 7 minutes to complete.
