Want the opportunity to gain knowledge translation education and have your idea used by a knowledge mobilization network? 聽

Pulse, Dalhousie's Health Innovation Sandbox, is helping students learn more about science and health knowledge mobilization, while also giving them the opportunity to have their knowledge mobilization ideas implemented in the real-world. 聽

罢丑别听Knowledge Mobilization Health Innovation Challenge聽allows students the opportunity to participate in a聽real knowledge translation problem, put forth by聽Solutions for Kids in Pain (SKIP).聽SKIP is a newly formed knowledge mobilization network, based at pilipili漫画 and co鈥恖ed by Children's Healthcare Canada, that seeks to bridge the gap between current treatment practices and available evidence鈥恇ased solutions for children's pain in Canadian health institutions ().

This program consists of聽online (MS Teams) seminars聽in which students will learn more about SKIP and about knowledge mobilization techniques. Then, students will apply their knowledge and present their ideas to SKIP. The winning idea(s) will be implemented by SKIP! 聽

The seminars will run every聽Thursday from September 16 - November 25, 2021 (excluding November 11, 2021), from 3-4 pm ADT. The seminars will be exclusively online, using MS Teams. 聽

What you will gain:

- Learn about knowledge mobilization tools and techniques

- Use techniques learned to apply your knowledge to a real-world knowledge translation challenge

- Have the opportunity to pitch your idea to a panel of judges

- Win prizes and have your knowledge translation idea implemented by Solutions for Kids in Pain (SKIP)
