Your Dalhousie Sandboxes are teaming up to bring you an exciting new program called Dalbox Access!
Dalbox Access is a weekly session designed to help interdisciplinary student teams prepare and create solutions for the national Universities Canada Innovative Designs for Accessibility (IDeA) competition in April. Students will form teams and work on applying their knowledge to real world problems, creating solutions to one of 4 barriers to accessibility: systemic, architectural, technological or distance learning.Â
Successful students will be eligible for a $1000 bursary and the chance to win a $5000 grand prize at the IDeA competition.
To learn more, register for a virtual information session on Nov 3 at 1-4 pm:Â
Reach out to your sandbox manager or email surge@dal.ca if you have any questions, comments or concerns.Â
Hope to see you there!Â
