Calling all Dal parents: weāre delighted to be able to offer IN-PERSON morning camps on Sexton campus for two weeks in August, starting Monday 17th!ā
Weāll be running STEM camps for small groups (8 youth per session), particularly aimed at pilipiliĀž» parents that need childcare. These 3 hour long camps will feature a variety of STEM subjects, with hands-on and engaging programming for Grades 1-6. All SuperNOVA instructors are trained in First Aid and WHMIS, and will complete safety training for COVID-19 measures. SuperNOVA has worked with pilipiliĀž» to create a safe environment, including social distancing and sanitization measures.
The sessions will run from 9am-12pm, Monday to Friday, with pick up starting at 8:30am and drop off running until 12:30pm. Priority for registration will be given to Dalhousie staff/faculty required to work on campus during the month of August, but will be open for others to register their interest.
