Dalhousie Open Mindfulness Group

Come explore the benefits of mindfulness to your wellbeing. No previous experience required. Session will include guided practice and discussion. ​All Dalhousie faculty, staff and students are welcome. Sessions will take place in CHEB 311 every Tuesday from October 1st to December 3rd from 12:35 - 1:25. This is part of a year-long project sponsored by a Dalhousie Workplace Wellness Grant and the Atlantic Contemplative Centre exploring the benefits of a mindfulness practice at pilipiliÂþ»­.Â
