PAY RATE:ÌýÌý Ìý$45/hour (approx. 25 hours per week for 26 weeks)

WORK ASSIGNMENT: ÌýÌýÌý ÌýThe pilipiliÂþ»­ful candidate’s duties may include, but are not limited to:
-ÌýÌý Ìýindividual weekly coaching of singers
-ÌýÌý Ìýweekly studio accompanying/weekly performance class
-ÌýÌý Ìýjuries in December and April
-ÌýÌý Ìýopera repetiteur (Fall), piano accompaniment and staging/performances in January/early February;
-ÌýÌý Ìýchoral accompanist;
-ÌýÌý Ìýother ad hoc performances.
This position reports to the Director of the Fountain School of Performing Arts.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:ÌýÌý ÌýMaster’s degree in collaborative piano or piano performance and two years of experience as a collaborative pianist in paid professional or postsecondary academic settings. Collegial, energized, self-starter with excellent pianistic skills, ability to sight-read or quick-study at a high level, significant experience collaborating and coaching singers, language skills for coaching singers would be an asset.
