A new is now available online as part of the Payroll Process Improvement Project. This form will make the process more efficient, reduce errors and the need for original paper copies, as the scanned form will be the version of record. This form will replace both the Grant-Paid Employee Payroll Profile Form and the Grant-Paid Change Form.

The new Grant-Paid Payroll Form, along with two instructional videos ( and ) are now available on the HR site of myDal under Pay and Hiring & Managing /Grant-Paid Employees.
