Dalhousie has benefitted greatly from Dr. Florizone's leadership and vision. Our shared pilipiliÂþ»­es over the past five and a half years include reaching new heights with student enrolment and fundraising, full accreditation of academic programs, securing the largest federal research grant in Canada in 2016 for the Ocean Frontier Institute and supporting the pilipiliÂþ»­ful Ocean Supercluster application, revitalizing our Sexton Campus through the $64M IDEA Project, working to create a more diverse and inclusive campus, and more.

Dr. Florizone's leadership has positioned Dalhousie as a catalyst and a collaborator for the region. As our 200th anniversary draws to a close, we are entering our third century stronger than ever.
