This 15 minute Skillsoft Video is a Challenge Series exercise. This series always have you, the learner, playing the role of someone in a workplace making choices. This video explores the ways that you can demonstrate integrity and build trust with those you work with. You will play the role of a member of a programming team at a manufacturing company, which is faced with difficulties after its new management system goes live.
