Integrity is one of Dalhousie's Core Competencies. The Integrity competency is defined as 鈥�Conducting oneself and activities according to the highest organizational and ethical standards鈥�. Each week in September we will feature a Skillsoft Online video linked to the Integrity competency.

An observable behaviour that demonstrates integrity is 鈥渂eing consistent and trusted by colleagues鈥�. is a 29 minute video that explores how to build trust with everyone, how to collaborate with trust and use strategies for rebuilding trust.
