When managing others in relation to the Self- Awareness and Professionalism competency you need to be concerned with:
· Employees displaying a motivated, positive and professional attitude
· Your team demonstrating awareness and professionalism
· Being a guiding and stabilizing force for others
In this 22 minute video you will learn about the diversity of individual behaviours, traits and attitudes that employees possess. You will gain some insight on how to improve an individual’s perception and their attitude towards work.
