Day to day in the workplace this is what the Dalhousie core competency of Service looks like:
· Listens actively to clients, demonstrates an understanding of diverse client needs and engages in effective two-way communication
· Communicates with clients in a timely manner
· Resolves client service issues, including urgent ones in a timely manner
This 30 minute video explores how your intent will guide your method, how to write emails people will read, getting emails to the right people and delivering effective feedback.
