The Dalhousie Development competency is about working genuinely to build capacity and foster individual, team and organizational development.
Identifying opportunities for growth and developing your own learning plan are behaviours that demonstrate a competency in Development. As most of us realize, setting goals and creating a plan is not enough. We need to be able to follow the plan by managing our priorities, staying focussed and ensuring we have the energy to do it all. This 24 minute video offers ideas for achieving all of these things.
