The Facilitator: The workshop will be led by Sean Hennessey, a Dalhousie PhD student, certified life coach and certified athletic coach who has spent 32 years leading corporate change. Seanās research interests are in health and wellness, self-care, resilience, leadership and behaviour change, both inside and outside the workplace.The workshop will focus on how your self-leadership choices can help you to thrive in both work and life.
