Herald University, presented by The Chronicle Herald, explores the issues that affect us, from ancient Greek literature to the current political climate. The day-long even takes place on Saturday, April 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Manulife Theatre at the Herald Campus, 2737 Joseph Howe Drive, Halifax.
Peter O'Brien (Assistant Professor, Department of Classics, Dalhosuie) will present on "Why Ancient Heroes Matter: Odysseus Reads the Ivany Report." Todd Hatchette (Chair, Division of Microbiology and Associate Professor, Department of Pathology, Dalhousie) will present on "The War on Bugs: What Happens If Antibiotics Stop Working?"
