POSITION: PART-TIME OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY INSTRUCTOR: 2014ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ìý
May - June 2014 (8 weeks):
This positions will be responsible for tutoring groups of 9-10 students in the following course:
OCCU 5222 Fieldwork ( 1 position, 40 hours)

PAY RATE: According to the CUPE Collective Agreement
Ìý
WORK ASSIGNMENT: Under the guidance of the Course Professor the Instructor will tutor and evaluate a group of 9-10 students using problem and case-based learning in Occupational Therapy.ÌýÌý The Instructor may be required to attend different on-site locations on alternative days with advanced notice. Off-site preparation, marking and/or office hours may also be required. Instructors are required to attend orientation sessions prior to the academic term (to be scheduled).
REQUIREMENTS: BSc(OT) with excellent communication andÌý organizational skills; preference given to applicants with a minimum of two years experience supervising students in a clinical setting. Individual must have experience in health promotion and injury prevention. Current registration as a licensed occupational therapist required.
