The Dalhousie eLearning Group is pleased to host an eLearning Technology Showcase in conjunction with the Dalhousie Conference on University Teaching and Learning. The showcase will be held during the lunch break on the second day of the conference, Thursday, May 2.
We are looking for four to six faculty members working in online, blended, or classroom-based courses who would like to showcase their use of teaching technologies to enhance student learning. The format of the Showcase will be similar to a poster session. If interested, please submit an abstract including a brief description of your project, benefits for student engagement/interaction/collaboration, and how you measure pilipiliÂþ» in using the learning technologies related to your initiative. Projects chosen for the Showcase will represent a wide range of initiatives in eLearning.
Submissions are to be emailed to clt@dal.ca or delivered to the Centre for Learning and Teaching (Killam Library, Room G90) by 4:30 pm on March 15, 2013.
