Dr. Michael DeGagné, the first Indigenous president of a Canadian chartered university, will be presented with a Dalhousie honorary degree at a special ceremony next Monday (February 5) at the Mi’kmaw Native Friendship Centre in Halifax — the first of several degree presentations to take place throughout Dal's bicentennial year.
