With exams over and residences closed, the Dal community is winding its way to the holiday break — but not without one last university tradition.
The Annual Dalhousie Carol Sing brings together staff, faculty, students, alumni and community members in a celebration of song. With Fountain School of Performing Arts Director Jacqueline Warwick leading the proceedings — and President Richard Florizone providing cheese (in the form of his groan-worthy holiday jokes) — this year’s event featured Christmas classics, Hanukkah favourites and a performance from the All Nations Drum group. It made for a spirited, songful send-off to 2016.
