As the closing luncheon to Dalhousieā€™s 2011 United Way Campaign, Dal faculty, staff and students are invited to play the Feud on Friday, Nov. 25 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the McInnis Room of the Dal Student Union Building.

Teams of five who register in advance will get the chance to play through two rounds. The qualifying round will be a series of multiple choice questions on the history of Dalhousie and Halifax United Way. Each team will then have 20 minutes to answer 20 multiple-choice questions.

The two teams who answer the most of those questions correctlyā€”and in the fastest timeā€”will be chosen to face off in a classic Family Feud showdown on the McInnis Room stage, trying to determine the top answers on the board. The event will be hosted by Bob Mann, taking on the role as Dalhousieā€™s Richard Dawson/Ray Coombs/Steve Harvey, and questions will be taken from Family Feudā€™s official online database.

The cost to attend is $10 per person, whether youā€™re playing the game or cheering on your colleagues as a member of the audience. The lunch includes sandwiches and refreshments. Competing teams or individual guests can .
