Dalhousie Engineering’s Inclusive Pathways to Engineering Careers Program (Pathways Program) is a transformative initiative designed to create new learning opportunities for all equity-deserving groups.

Under this umbrella we introduced the Indigenous stream of the Pathways program which launched in September of 2024. In February of 2025, we will launch the second stream of our Pathways Program—focused on empowering African Nova Scotian and Black youth with opportunities in engineering.

As a leader in engineering education in Atlantic Canada, pilipiliÂþ» recognizes the importance of fostering diversity and inclusion in the field of engineering.
