Research interests
- Research interests focus on factors that influence the quality of poultry products produced for human consumption from the time a bird is hatched, through growth, including production of eggs, slaughter and product processing.Ìý
- Activities include research in bacteriological food safety, nutritional and aesthetic product quality, bird health and welfare, and the reduction in use of antibiotics.
