This competitive grant program seeks to support quality improvement projects focused on improving the identification and management of ATTR-CM patients.

Projects that will be considered for Pfizer support will focus on improving the identification and management of ATTR-CM patients by providing leadership, best practices, novel clinical pathways, support and/or training of HCPs within a multidisciplinary team environment to improve the quality of care for patients with ATTR-CM.聽聽

Particular consideration will be given to projects intended to improving care, and / or access to care for underrepresented populations (women, individuals of African-American Descent, First Nations, M茅tis and Inuit or other underrepresented communities)
