Compute Canada is seeking input from researchers and other stakeholders in preparation for its upcoming submission to CFI for Major Science Initiatives (MSI) funding. The funding proposal will address the operational needs and updated capital plan for advanced research computing infrastructure over the period 2017-2022.
The SPARC-2 consultations will inform this submission, so all disciplines are encouraged to share domain-specific forecasts, advanced research computing (ARC) needs, and their data storage and preservation requirements.
There are three ways to participate. First, ACENET will be hosting three consultation sessions. These will be led by Compute Canada executives, who will provide updates and gather feedback.Ìý
